Wash the bottle with soap and water
Those who prefer or have to wash the bottle manually can do so using water and dish soap. Simply fill the bottle with hot water, pour in a few drops of soap, close the bottle with the cap and shake it. With the help of a small brush, clean the bottom of the bottle and finally rinse it.

Wash the bottle with water and vinegar
Manual washing with soap and water can be replaced with water and vinegar. After filling the bottle with warm water and vinegar, we can let it sit for some time (as little as an hour is enough). When finished, the bottle should be rinsed thoroughly so that all vinegar residue is removed. This method is especially good for stainless steel bottles.

Don't forget to wash the cap as well
Besides the inside of the bottle, one should never forget to thoroughly clean the cap that seals it, whether it is detachable or not from the bottle. The cork, in fact, can also accumulate germs.
