How to use essential oils?

The most common use of essential oils is undoubtedly to perfume the environment. Fill an aromatic lamp with water, add a few drops of oil and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere.

Essential oil can also be inhaled from a steam pot or by soaking a towel in the aromatic infusion, warming it up and then putting it on your face. Essential oils are also used in baths, where a few drops (depending on the intensity of the oil) are added to water at a temperature between 35 and 37 °C.

Essential oils, directly on the skin
Essential oils can be used directly on the skin. However, they are recommended in their diluted state, ideally mixed with floral waters or plant oils. Adding a few drops of essential oil to your favorite vegetable oil can be used, for example, for a back and neck massage. A perfect way to relax and relieve muscle tension.
