Deodorants or antiperspirants
Deodorants and antiperspirants are the best known remedy but it is good to know how to use them. These products should be applied in the evening, after showering, and just before going to bed. This way the substance penetrates through the skin and will produce effects the following day. Applying deodorant just before leaving the house in the middle of the day risks causing the opposite effect. Also, every person is different, so you have to test different products to see which one is effective.
Wash thoroughly
Use antiseptic liquid or solid soaps containing the active ingredient chlorhexidine, triclosan or farnesol. The experts' advice is to wash at least twice a day. Drying well is essential to avoid producing bad odor.
Use ointments
After washing the body thoroughly and drying the skin, apply ointments containing aluminium chloride. Consult a doctor before applying products in case of allergies or special problems.
Removing sweaty clothing
Remove sweaty clothes promptly and put on clean, perfumed clothes. Before wearing new clothes, wash the sweaty area. Also, the advice is to avoid wearing previously used clothing.
Wear clothing made of cotton or natural fibers
Cotton and natural fibres absorb sweat better than synthetic fibres, which do not allow the skin to breathe. To be preferred.
Breathable shoes
To allow normal foot perspiration, it is essential to wear breathable shoes. There are also shoe sprays on the market to reduce odor, but beware of contraindications.
Regular hair removal
In combination with the bacteria normally present on the skin, hair bulbs lead to the characteristic underarm odour. For this reason it is essential to shave the armpits (but not only) regularly, not only in summer.
Laser hair removal
An alternative method to classic hair removal is epilation by laser or electrolysis
Do not use antibiotics (advice)
There are drugs on the market that combat the problem of hyperhidrosis, but prolonged use can lead to antibiotic resistance with the risk of relapses with no chemical means left to combat them. If they are used, avoid abusing them and seek medical advice.
Limit the use of spices
Spices, like everything that is ingested, are co-responsible for the odour that is produced. The advice is to avoid spices because they are substances that cause odour in sweat more than others.
Vinegar or baking soda
Experts recommend adding a cup of vinegar or bicarbonate of soda to laundry when putting it in the washing machine. Do not use them together. Another tip is to turn the shirts inside out to help remove perspiration on the armpit area.

Lymphoma is a disease of the lymphatic system, i.e. the set of tissues that have the function of defending the body against external agents and diseases. Specifically, Hodgkin's lymphoma can involve organs such as the lymph nodes, spleen, thymus, bone marrow and other small areas of the body, before spreading throughout the body.
The more the disease progresses, the more the body's ability to fight infection is impaired. There are many risk factors of which we are aware, but there is currently no specific prevention method, as it is considered a rare disease.
Hodgkin's lymphoma is complicated to diagnose as it is characterised by symptoms similar to those of other very common diseases, and many times patients are completely asymptomatic. As for treatment, it depends on how far the disease has progressed.

There are various types of training depending on the results you want to achieve. If you want to lose weight, or define your muscles well after a loading period, then you need to burn a large number of calories. In addition, more and more people want to keep fit but do not have enough time to workout consistently.
Therefore, it is necessary to find ways to exercise as much as possible, burning as many calories as possible in as little time as possible. Obviously, cardio exercises are the best. Running is perfect, but it puts a lot of strain on the joints and can cause even serious problems if you do not have the right equipment (for example, the correct shoes).
We propose below a series of exercises, most also possible from home without equipment, to burn lots of calories in a short time. Remember that the number of calories burned is not absolute but depends on various factors, such as duration of exercise, pace, intensity, weight, and height. In general, the more you weigh, the more calories you will burn during exercise.
